Fresh Air
Effervescent foam intakes the vessel,
frothing at the core to release the compression,
taking into oneself the writhing of struggle,
to release the tension that holds tight the walls,
be relaxed as the compulsion is satiated,
forget the memory of disdain,
the breathe of life lives within you yet,
as sudden coolness fills up your lungs,
this moment once thought of,
a feeling familiar.
