Locked

Once again I envison myself hanging off the ledge.
This building's charmed conveyor belt pushes me closer to the edge.
The sidewalk calls from below and when I decide to look down,
I hear it's treason shout beckoning me to the ground.
This feeling fades inside of me when i hear your name.
You are my strength and you don't even know it.
What fear belongs in a heart filed with shame.
I am yours forever but i dont know how to show it.

And so I just watch from a distance
And like your post once in awhile.

I feel the same way.
I just wish you understood.
I feel like all I do is annoy you.
I feel as if I could do more.
I feel like an oven set to broil:
Locked.
How can you expect me to open up now?
To let out all that heat?
May as well set off a bomb.
