Lyrics:

I walk down the street, moving feet one by one
I’ll keep doing this all night until the day is young
I see some strangers filled with anger passing by all alone
I wonder what they will do when they reach home, no one knows
Who goes there cold stares is all that I receive
Glaring eyes test my mind what could it be
The clock slaughters seconds with physics as its weapon
As my feet keep on stepping, keep on stepping
The street confesses the cold truth about the old and the youth
Aggressions nothing new in fact it’s what we do
It’s eleven and the resin from days absent stain the casket
My days are stagnant and my memory is fragmented
I must elaborate at a faster rate
Every habit I can’t break stains the facets of my brain I’m out of balance but in vein
I look for yin and yang to hopefully break the chain it’s not over
Fighting time like a soldier I’m outta mind and I’m sober
Hit the mary jane to cloud the window frames in my skull
Every minute is dull I’ve given it all I can but then I see a man
He stands at the bus stop but he’s nothing special
He’s either pulling strings like Geppetto or he thinks he’s a rebel
Raise the treble I praise the devil for his punishment of the corrupt
He has some work to do with the democrats and republicans of the government
United we stand divided we fall that’s the fable they tell
I’m trying to figure out what year it is exactly we fell
Every spell that I can’t break is contributed to fate
But I keep losing faith I keep losing faith

Pledge allegiance to credence
Believe for your own reasons
Or get your freedom from the demons
Constantly committing treason
breathe obedience
and ignore the malfeasance
for sure these leeches are strategic
so pledge allegiance please pledge allegiance

every season is decent
but this life is not spectacular
a thousand words paint a picture
written with blood are my scriptures
our forefathers roll in their grave
for everyone who’s not a slave
but its them that paved the way
a nation founded over hate
Native Americans are buried in
the ground in which we walk
still we talk as if we’re righteous
ignore the bulk cause we’re bias
men are either thirsty our lack chivalry
lose your life over liberty
I would say it in a simile
but instead I’ll put it simply
the toxicity of our community
will soon be our down fall
but what goes around comes around people
and that’s all
