Image for the poem Our fates

Our fates

As subtle a love too uncommon
A wet kiss into our new lives
Honoring our heart unforgotten
Burning soul forever thrives,
-
Now she is eternally whispering
Into these anew born ears
With such longing held in desire
The witness of dried tears,
-
This feeling as her soul does fly
Our heart then separates
So then split in its truest design
Best together in our fates.
