I see my annoying neighbor on the street

She tells me gossip I don’t want to hear
I make a snarky comment to which she says:
“You’re so negative since you’ve gotten older

I keep my comings and goings tight and quick. If they catch me, it’s all arms a flutter and “Catch up later! I’m late!” I’m am literally never late. To anything.
