No More You
no more you
Through all hope I stare
into the dimming and devouring night
I can't cope as I glare
without a glimmer of light in sight
I just can't keep it going
forever estranged I stare
in a state of not knowing
no more you there
only coldness is blowing
the pain I just can't bear
the strain is surely showing
this court is so unfair
all boats just stopped rowing
my soul you couldn't spare
you cut the rope to my life , which I was towing
our lives you would'nt share
the sun doesn't rise it stopped glowing
my world is harsh and bare
my plants just suddenly stopped growing
I lay dying and my nurse just don't care
my plane is out flying around with no pilot to air
its like truly lying but the facts are surely there
I could rip and pull in frustration , set fire to my hair
please see my distress in a bright desperation fired flare
If it lights the air ,at all and you don't see it
its taken the oxygen , for thats when I
can no longer breathe it.
