Space and Time

Space and Time
I Reminisce of your finger tips
gliding, tracing, my skin your canvas
sacred you were to me,
sacred I was to you
time feeling stolen before us
where did you go?
losing myself,
giving you control
watching your back
when leaving the room
already craving your stare
muscles tighten and begin to ache
seeking the clock for assurance
cause surely, time drags when your away
sinking deeply into my dark despair
suddenly time speeds up and appears
with the help of you in my sight
space is now fading, fleeting
I feel you occuring, emerging
with each step yards turn to feet,
turn to inches,
space turns to greeting,
your lips with mine
