Another night on earth

A cloud of perplexity
rains down on me
is this what life should be?
Taxing times, and I cry,
with their love by my side
and their stress just shows.

As life just goes by.

Another night on earth,
out goes all the light
darkness shines so bright.

As patience fades
the frustration grows,
the day's float by
and their fear it glows.

Here comes the panic
here lies the fear,
just breathe in the air
and wipe away the tears.

Thoughtlessly droning,
I'm zoning into this stoned state all by my lonesome.

 Still their pain just stays
it never goes away
and they pray and pray and pray.
Taxing times, and they cry
with my love on their side
as the stress just grows.
 I hope they can heal,
let them cope and keep their hope
It'll be alright.
