Your Sun

"It was then your sun
brushed her kiss upon my cheek"

I blushed, as the beauty left it's mark
warmth with a simple hint of mirth
it was heaven waking upon your earth

through mud or muck or rain
with you it was not the same
a peace just overcame

butterflies danced upon the hills
as your winds blew in my ear
whispered secrets just sang for me
with a sea side guarantee

your sun it shone from dawn to dusk
and in the nighttime wore my musk
the stars appeared with a lasting look
spilling love as hearts overtook
