Into the abyss

Realizing the absurdity of life and reality
People trapped in societies full of fear and oppressed by anxiety.
My mentality is not so caught up in normality
I've seen the struggles of the one's who never made it
Still we stay afloat never to sink into the abyss
Our worlds stays full of madness something always amiss.
Some of us lost, some kill for no cost
Some lie through their teeth till they die.
These faults keep us down till we drown in our sorrow
Swimming in sadness till the day after tomorrow
Even though we know we gotta let it all go
Until the day we see we can't be free.
Gotta quit wasting time, to busy not knowing what to do
Confused about reality gotta let go and breakthrough.
Stayin alive stayin deprived stayin high
Cause life's a game then one day ya die.

Life's a game and one day you die till then I'm probably stayin high
You never see it coming till those death beats start drumming
Life's a cosmic joke then we're gone thats why I puff smoke
Cause ya never know so you better just let go and flow.
