LORD, FATHER, SAMHAIN

Samhain, burn through me
With hallow ghosts and Autumn flame
The coming frost shall not dissuade
Me in remains, embers of thy night

The veil of ghasts is growing weak
‘neath lantern light and gallows speak
No raging ghouls or haunting storm
Will keep me from the lifeless dawn

All Hollow horsemen who dooms the grievers
Thy tomb is sacred, thy head is severed
Liberate me from this mortal coil
And cast thy sacrifice upon my stone

The living veil is growing weak
‘neath lantern light and gallows speak
Coiling serpents and putrid stench
Shall herald the coming of thy night

“The alliance of darkness that delves
Deep into the heart of dusk’s children
That congregate to worship you
‘neath the lantern light
In eternal night
Sweetened treats ‘twixt coffin phantoms
Creature features and danse macabres
Around the fires of midnight sacrifice
Lord, Father, Samhain
Embrace me in night
Festive and infested
In your phantasmagoria
With things that crawl in the gloom”
