These Feelings Are Not A Friend
There's an uneasiness in the air
nerve endings ending sensation
an unwell redness pooling no pretend
the pace quickens
and there's more space than there's ever been
I know these feelings
and they're not a friend
but this won't last
and I'll fight past
until the next time and the next
"Love don't live here anymore"
you have to breathe
if you want to live
but can you ever live
if you're not loved
I inhale and it feels good
I'll keep holding on
to hope
like I know I should

My question or statement is this Tim.
It’s probably not love in the first place infatuation is loves paternal twin; in that it can present itself as love when in reality love takes time to manifest itself. I have been infatuated for months at a time thinking it was love, when really it was a deep crush... love , true love doesn’t go away from our hearts easy.
If you are able to find a new muse every few months, then perhaps it’s infatuation .
Just my humble opinion .
Either way I’m sorry you’re going through heartache. It sucks on any level...

Yeah, I know those feelings...not so much in the love department but in other affairs. It takes focus to keep anxiety from creeping in.
