enigma

I can't wrap my mind around you
an illusion of the stars
enigma born brother
navigating Saturn, turning the sun
my passion flares
in lust, I burn

tasting your flavor in cerebellum's keep
in deep with you
I falter by the sea of doubt
crashing into deception's wall
I can't go the distance

you take me by the hair
drag me further
your masculinity peaks
I struggle to my feet
wading in indecision's valley

you are the mountain to climb
if I am ever to see my promised land
god given man, forlorn woman
in the oasis of wonder
you give me succor

muscle from bone
marrow from heart
brother mine, you feed my need
