Jaded Shadow
Only a jaded shadow in the corner
Simply a shadow of a skeleton
that just wont stay hidden
Because last i checked my flesh was warm
Because last i checked my heart still breaks and skips a beat when a guy kisses me
Because last i checked corpses do not feel anything but I....
I feel everything right down to the core
Its a blessed curse to be this jaded shadow
Nothing more than a suppressed mistake
Transformed into a skeleton with the fables and silence
It keeps finding its way to the surface of reality
Sin in a woman tattoos her skin with crimson scars
Seeping so far into her that it can be seen in her eyes
Its a horrendous creature to look at
The aftermath of monstrous acts this
Living breathing jaded shadow
Simply a shadow of a skeleton
that just wont stay hidden
Because last i checked my flesh was warm
Because last i checked my heart still breaks and skips a beat when a guy kisses me
Because last i checked corpses do not feel anything but I....
I feel everything right down to the core

Seeping so far into her that it can be seen in her eyes

The aftermath of monstrous acts this
Living breathing jaded shadow
