Anti-Depressants

As so surely doth the shadow of sadness to my soul implore.
My granite grey hard countenance cracks as despair lends thy weight upon my world.
The torturous name within my brain impregnates finds purchase as sadness unfurls.
Dark memories are scribed within my mind of a passion lost long ago.
And under duress no longer, I beseech these feelings to be torn asunder.
To repress forever demons of mind, repressed forever with anti-depressants.

As they spake of my rocker I have rode.
And strolled down the road of misery that lost love hath paved.
Sauntering and talking, pacing here and yonder the madman raved.
I’m distinctly dwelling in the darkness envisioning my resting grave.
My need to be wrenched from the vapid sorrow doth grow.
And forever to be changed by a concentrated smile of anti-depressants forever free with anti-depressants.

Oh, woe that creeps my body o’er.
Despair of my compulsion of the notion of death impending venture to my door.
‘Tis never a dream, to dream of the hereafter.
Release me from beneath melancholies monolith.
No longer will I converse, enter into discourse and to a raven talk.
No names from a distant past that have held me in tight grasp will stalk.
Away, and out my chamber door, away and out and walk.

Arresting now the moping, droning, groaning of the tortured soul of I.
A chemical caress gently to suppress, to address mein distant thoughts of doom.
Needeth I a mind de-compressant, needeth I anti-depressants.

Sweet up-lifter an angelic bead thou art.
Mind of I no longer tapping, rapping nor cracking.
‘Tis just a gentle tick thus starts a lightning of the heart.
Though now flesh mass has doubled twice o’er.
Malleable flesh now more abundant than before.
Thus now so cumbersome I art ‘tis a chore to fit through mein door.
Brungeth forward by God a peaceful present runneth the course of anti-depressants.
