What I LOVED about Pollock was the ability to guage where one line of color would balance an entire composition.  I'm an art collecter with a crayola budget! LOL!

But, I'd definitely purchase one of yours if I could.  Both painting and poem would make him proud.

I strongly suggest you publish a book of these with the verse opposite.

I’ve been on a painting jag for about a month.  I pretty much stopped doing it for the past 16 years when I changed careers.  Finding my way home again.  Books and framing some of these to follow.

Not surprised by the talent.  If you are good at one art form then it generally bleeds over into another medium.

Painting was my first love.  I was in the Museum of Modern Art one day and this feeling came over me.  I said to myself, I want to do this and I can.  Had never painted anything in my life.  Thus it all began ....

This is really stunning and I'm sure this photo does it no justice. I try to envision the texture and see the boldness of the colors. This is a beautiful work of art, Poet.

It looks better with sun streaming through the window but the darker version is unique as well.  Ironically when I started this painting it was just a latex experiment but it quickly morphed into a Pollock experience....
