Image for the poem Coming Clean

Coming Clean

She does desire to see him bleed
All for his constant betrayal
This would perhaps fulfill a need
And in her goal she may not fail

So she grabs the traitor from behind
And straps him to her double bed
Confronts him with his lies that bind
Until his face is scarlet red

A bit late for his coming clean
Not after all his flagrant lies
He speaks with a sweated sheen
And her patience fails in replies:

"You have wandered much too afar
In chasing some random tart
Stating that she's some rising star
And that bitch clearly looks the part"

She is now inclined to forgive
Gladly informs him he's in luck
And she consents to let him live
If he grants her one honest fuck.
