Save Me
It's like, I want to explain how I feel. I really do, but there are no words in the dictionary for it. It's like their hidden, deep inside the dictionary, so I can't find them and tell everyone who asks, how I really feel. So I cover it with the words that so many people would rather hear. I'm fine, I swear.
If those words were not there stopping me from saying everything and the words in the dictionary came out from their hiding place and helped me. I wouldn't be so sad and quiet and muddled up inside.
Everyone would know I wasn't alright. Everyone would try and save me.

People who try to save you are well meaning but more often are the ones who are uncomfortable with their own feelings. When they encounter someone who is expressing sadness or anger they want to change the other person's state of being because it reminds them of the stuff in themselves they are uncomfortable with. They essentially try to make themselves more comfortable. Better to seek out people who can listen without trying to change your feeling. Feelings are like wind...if you let them be they will move right through you. Watch it....

For some emotions there are no word. Some feelings can't be explained. This is what is so confusing
