Turbulent Plights

Devils wearing Prada work harder than fathers of bastard daughters
Killing more hope than dope that's used to cope by those in The Carter
In New Jack City there's so much misery that's been imposed throughout history
As they vehemently keep going on killing sprees that's reported on the T.V.

It's a mystery why so many fail to see this reality
Willingly assimilating to everything complacently
Cock blocking dreams of Kings from mountain tops
Deferred like song birds that disperse around cops

Unarmed bodies drop nonstop with no end in sight
As we fight with our might to stay sane each night
Our plight's flights continue to remain turbulent
So I understand why a man would take a stance of becoming violent
