sitting be sides a man

Sitting be sides a man
I thought I'll one day be.
Sitting be sides a man,
Sitting be sides my dreams
So far lost, to who I've thought I'll be
So close but feels like we are miles apart.
I can see how happy he is, from the look of his face
So happy you could swear he was touched by grace
I asked myself
if I go back and try to re-run my race
Maybe I could catch up with the man of my dreams
Or should I wait to live again
And copy his every move cause it seems there's so much to gain
Sitting be sides a man
I thought I'll one day be
We're sitting on a queue to our graves
But I can see it in his face there's little to nothing he regrets
He lived his life without looking back
I keep moving back in the queue avoiding being next
There's so much I haven't done and I want to go back
Maybe I should take his word of advice on how to live without regrets
If I'm to ever come back
I'll retrace the steps of this man
Sitting be sides a man
I thought I'll one day be.
Sitting be sides a man,
Sitting be sides my dreams
