mind to mind thought
heart to heart feeling
we have each sought
something appealing
 
first breathing in
then exhalation
as we begin
calm meditation
 
yesterday's shades
tomorrow's desiring
always it fades
only requiring
 
presence of mind
calm meditation
drawing air in
then exhalation
 
a rhythm where time
loses all meaning
and words in a rhyme
shine like a beam in
 
mind to mind thought
heart to heart feeling
what we have sought
becomes so appealing
 
as we breathe in
as we're exhaling
never leaving
and never failing
