Did you know that in old English "to be" was written "to bee"?
The powers that bee always studied animals and human beeings and liked the idea of a bee colony, where all those busy little workers (serfs, slaves....whatever you want to call them) are working to serve the Queen obediently. "Behave" also comes from the former "be hive".
Just thought I talk a bit about some other interesting twists language has taken over time. Psycholinguistics are interesting.
