Precious Gold
Afar, there stands a mortal blonde.
amist thy summer’s magic wand.
A touch, thy hand can only take.
though heart that hand can surely break.
Love risin’ from a shielding youth.
to bliss the eyes of unborn truth.
through wondering eyes of purely grace
‘tis honey amist thy yondering taste.
life’s rarest gold upon thy gaze.
a queen thy love can only praise.
Blessed be that new fond light,
shown to thee in the jealous night.
A sparkle of a special kind.
I knew right there, that gold was mine.
amist thy summer’s magic wand.
