stunned finding out you preferred them

There's a saying in the south that you can't blame a dog for being a dog. . .but there's no excuse for acting like one when you're not.
That's a hard lesson he's going to learn when it comes home to roost. Especially if he wasn't honest upfront. As for you, you did nothing wrong in loving someone with all you are. If there's another way to love, I'm unaware of it.

I won't let that part of me be owned by anyone ever again. Love yes, I will love again and love hard. But not a unhealthy unattainable one sided love. When you are the only giving...that's a sign. I can't wait for the moment to look into someones eyes and feel that first kiss... :) You've got that coming for you too Flower....just don't settle for less...xoxo

Some outstanding lines here Flowergirl, like: To luv another beyond your soul more luv than a heart can beat,' is pretty amazing. And I like the line: 'heartless beauty over sensual luv .' Beauty isn't everything. I know that's what initially draws us in but, as I'm sure you're aware, beautiful people who know it, tend to play games & act in a vain & superficial way. You never get to know their true soul & even if you did, you probably wouldn't like it. Sensual love with an average looking guy will bring you much more fulfilment than you may never imagine. ;-)
