[ fAwL ] Christmas In July

   
Never presented under tree    
her gifts don't come shiny    
wrapped in pretension    
      
No multi hued, blinky lights    
distracting attention    
on oh so silent, holy nights    
     
Deftly, words expertly sewn    
popcorn needle threaded    
---her very own honestly  
hand crafted offering---   
stanzas on a string;
