A happy ending
A group of middle age women are waiting at the airport
they are well to do women who have made their own money
broken the glass ceiling and are at the top of their profession.
When they were young, they had no time for children
the struggle to get to the top was hard.
We steal everything from Africa even their children.
The babies are from the Christian part of Sudan they will have a good life
and all the toys the never had, get a good education.
There they are the tiny tots, and there are tears of joy, the women
are mothers now a wish fulfilled.
The children are wide eyes by confusing but smiles
when taken care of by loving hands
