Wasting Time

You try too hard
words put out on display  
but fail to initiate  
reason or rhyme  
just wasting of time  
 
you lead up the cliche parade  
twirling your tophat and baton  
filling pomp without circumstance  
swinging with a very simplistic con  
 
you try to hard, I see  
to impress with an enigmatic woe  
clueless, in a one man egotistical show  
 
simplistic conceptions implied  
another poetess  
denied
