Two Hearts Melt Like A Box Of Chocolates

That's a very mellow sort of poem coming from you. You must have been quite in love then. I like it though.

That's an interesting word to use... Mellow? Well, ok, I guess in action, but in my heart it was pretty hot. I was in love, she was not. It's the story of my life.

For all of my ex-girlfriends, I have only dreamed of them being with me on Valentine's Day. I was close a few times, made it all the way to mid-January before they left me for other guys. You'd think just once I could give a woman a Valentine's day card and box of chocolates that wasn't my mother. Kinda turns my stomach when I think of it. Still I try, even the psuedo-online-girlfriends vanish just before Valentine's day. If not for that I might have thought it was just bad love-making on my part, but never had real sex with cyber-loves.

I'm cursed! Melted hearts become a stain on my sheets that just make me want to burn the sheets so there won't be any questions next time.

Yummy indeed! I can't keep up with you ladies, lol. I sign on and read a comment and before I can blink, another one pops up. Now if only I could capture the heart of a woman in the physical world the same way I do on poetry websites, everything would be fine. By the way, yummy is one of my very most favorite words. My last girlfriend used to laugh when I would say it, so I had to give her a spankin', hehe! But she was gone by Valentine's day... jj
