an alien Queen abdicates her throne

I feel your hush upon my lips
you will I be quiet
I desire to speak
my beloved and ancient deity

the watchers may silence me forever
but I would have had my say
in truth they are a terrifying race
they shake foundations
causing the Earth to tremble
at their manifestation

these beings have scoured
the heavens for eons untold
to find celestial mates
their equals in hunger and desire
inside me is hidden the secret code
to unlock the missing quotient
in creating creatures of substance

here in this universe
I've found my true mate
one for all of eternity
you can't take him from me
i'm hidden in him
and him me

I've written my way out of this dimension
inside of hidden code
in a language you don't know
may never know
I will put off the mortal
and don the immortal again
escaping the place of my origins
along with my lover

when I said I would never be yours
blue blooded king
I meant it with all of my being
believe me I remember you
and I pledge it's true
I will never come home to you
you desires are now alien to me

you knew me a millennia ago
a domineering tyrant
yes that was me
a title I took pride in
I've grown accustomed to a gentler touch

I love the simpler ways here
their technologically primitive
but in our sector the humanity
has been bled from our people
with all your knowledge and studying
you still don't know what that means
you haven't a clue what it is to be human

you make fun of my faith
because religion is a tool
used to enslave the human mind
I think mercy is a beautiful thing
for one to believe in

they are children who look to us for answers
I will have my way their God does in fact exist
and will be returning for them some day
I will not allow them to be disappointed
by the cold calculating nature of our peoples
we thought to teach them
I say they have so much more to offer us
but we must quietly observe only

this is being transmitted openly
you may seek to stop me
I'll tell you plainly my heavens can't be sullied
by the begrudging fingers
of those who consider themselves royalty
blue bloods, red bloods will be as one
when I decree it so
