Imaginary Wonderland
Does it have to be like this?
Sitting in the back of the room
In the corner by myself
Writing my morbid poems of
Death, suicide, and how I see life
Sadly waiting for him to come
And save me from this place
Kids yelling
Kids screaming
Teacher standing her ground
Yelling,
Screaming back
He quietly walks in
And comes over to me
Everything goes quiet around me
His sweet voice dancing in my ears
"Hey baby, let's get away from here"
He puts his head on mine
Taking away all my stress and fear
Closing my eyes he kisses my nose lightly
Away we are in our own wonderland
Ignoring all but eachother
Having no more dispear
The bell rings bringing us back
But those precious moments made us stronger
Giving one another the power to get through the day
All there is left to say
"Thank you honey, I wish we could have stayed."
