Conversation with my heart
Author's Note
I have been feeling my heart today, in my quiet moments. In the hustle and bustle of my life, oftentimes, it is difficult to listen and pay attention to that which tugs at my heart. This was birthed when I paid attention.

Oh, Sweetest, this is beyond measure beautiful. Embrace that loving heart of yours, it does you proud. Those of us who give our all understand that what we give cannot be measured and weighed against what we receive. And the ache of the giving when we don't take time to refill our own well can be unbearable. This conversation you have with your heart is both compassionate and nurturing. Much love and hugs, beautiful

This was cathartic. I stopped in my tracks and listened to what I was feeling... without drowning it out with music or every other escape. Thank you, Willow. You really gave my heart a warm hug with your words. Twas needed ❤

Sometimes when we hurt so much we forget where that pain came from. It just consumes us. Taking the time with our heart, to listen and heal, is probably the best way to resolve that pain in our life. Treat the injury, not the symptoms.
I love the way you wrote this, an honest conversation with your heart. Beautiful.
Thank you for the write.

Thank you 🥺
That was written during a dark, trying time. It was a genuine conversation. Think I was tearing up when I wrote it, too.
