Crazy Little Thing

I know I'm a little disappointed, but I really do understand
There's a lot on your plate and your time's high in demand
With everyone pulling you this way or that
It's no wonder you're tired and run yourself flat
You wear down your immunity and then you feel slow
It's not a big secret that you're always on the go
Running from work to going out with your family
The proofs in the pudding this much I can see
I totally understand that you need to rest
So you can go back harder and be at your best
Though sometimes I wish our schedules didn't always conflict
For the feelings of sadness time not spent inflicts
I'm sure that someday your schedule will start to even out
Then we can hang out a bit more and about
But until then I guess I should pick my hobbies up once more
Biding my time to see what the future has in store
I'm hoping great things as I go on with my night
Hoping beyond hope with all of my might
Something about this feels so right and so real
I can't really help the way that I feel
