What next ?

When you haven't been out in the "real" world for a while, it can be quite intimidating.  She's not sure how to do it.  It's kind of a big scary place ...

Leaving a man you thought you'd spend the rest of your life with (after 30years) ... that was a slow burning fire of hell that she never imagined herself in. Freed herself from with internal scars that no one can see.

Took some time to regain her strength when love came knocking sooner than she anticipated.  But, he swept her off her feet faster than she would have thought possible. They dated for five months when they decided they had to be together. For four months they traveled to be together to try to find a place. For four weeks they searched for the perfect place and somehow it fell into their laps. It was a dream come true for him. Or as he always told her, "wherever you are, that is home."
They did all the normal things you do when you find a place. You make it your own... at that point they had no idea what their future would bring,  but they were together and that's all that mattered. Fourteen days later ... he was gone. Ripped away from her in a crazy storm of illness that could not be reversed.  
An hour after she rushed him to the hospital he crashed, and was on life support.  So much is a blur .. so many doctors and nurses pushing her from side to side .. because they knew she wasn't leaving him alone. He was fading fast ... miraculously, he regained consciousness. The doctors were baffled. He held on for nine hours ... long enough to tell her he loved her, that he was afraid to go, because who would take care of her better than he could ....

She stands alone in a world that is spinning too fast, cause you know life stops for no one  ... but somedays she'd like it to stop, so she can get off ....
