Escaping Hypocrisy

Daily singing swing low, sweet chariot
Seeking to find refuge with Ms. Harriet
Going underground hoping that I can find
My Zen like utopia and my peace of mind

Trying to maintain any semblance of me being sane
Got disdain for the things outside my window pane
Pain increasing exponentially mentally & spiritually
Having difficulty accepting our hate filled society

Desiring to escape its fate by moving to another place
Thinking that any place has better weather is my mistake
History's revealed to me that I'd need another galaxy
In order for me to leave this disillusioned hypocrisy
