This poem was written in a Kennings style to reflect the hypocrisy of those who argue that there's nothing we can do to prevent another Parkland or Sandyhook, or Vegas incident.

This poem's mostly an exception, I wanted to experiment with something structurally different from what I typically write. Which is also why I joined this website. Something to keep my work feeling fresh while I work on a 90,000 word horror novel at the moment.

Thank you, I really tried to do something different with this piece, and I guess it paid off.
