Don't You Hate It When a Woman Dabs on Too Much Perfume?

"Nai kosui, nai kosui"(no perfume, no perfume). How I said those words over and over, trying for the right accent, the right intonation. I recited them aloud, in all varieties of volume as I walked to Miyako's house on my second visit.

She greeted me as usual with "Konnichiwa!" Konnichiwa!" and we bowed.I followed her into the house, Her perfume once again  lassoing me, threatening to choke me at any moment.

"Nai kosui!" I barked as we neared the spa.

"Ah!" she said, turning to face me. Her hands flew upward, then down again in mock sorrow, then she embraced me and petted me with consoling gestures.

She pushed her palm forward in a waiting signal and went into another part of the house She came back with a vial whose contents she shook into the sleeves of her kimono. She shook more into its deep recesses and along her body.  She poured some into her palm, set the vial down and rubbed her palms together after which she pressed her fingers hard against my nose.

"Christ! My Jesus!" I yelled, but this only made her hug me very passionately, as if I had cried, "Oh darling!"

I broke away from her and spun towards the spa. where I stripped quickly and plunged in. She laughed high and merrily like a young girl. I was waiting for her to tear her kimono off and join me. but she bent down and pulled me back ,to the edge, quietly squatted and began kneading my shoulders.

I reached back and flung her over me, kimono and all, into the water. I splashed water all over her, skimming my hands in a cleansing motion under her kimono, down her arms, breasts and legs.  pretending I was trying to tickle her,  but really trying to tug her kimono off. i finally pulled her out of it and tossed it onto the floor in a sodden heap. "Nai kosui!" I said angrily, triumphantly and held my nose.

"Ah! Nai kosui" she laughed.

Her mouth  hung open in astonishment, then she spattered a little water off her fingers into my face, to distract me from her growing embarrassment."Nai, nai kosui!" she vowed, flinging her arms around my neck and clucking shamefully.
