THAT'S WHAT I SEEK.

I seek the state of serene world
That gives the calmness which l want.
It is the site of holy mood,
Where l get pure in that clean font.

I shun a word that can cause you
A wound in your most tender soul.
That word on my tears has a due
That makes me cry before you gall.

We're born to live heaven on earth.
If not, it can be scorching hell.
Both earned by acts of love or wrath
That with joy or gloom can us fill.

Nothing but heaven is man's goal
That each discerns in his own way.
My heaven is when l see all
Live this short life so glad and gay.
