Balance
look around you;
what do you see?
is it messy or is it clean?
does it matter?
anyways, this could all be a dream
is everything really as it seems?
is what you say really what you mean?
many hide their worries
but they're still hidden somewhere
lord knows, we can't sleep if nothing's wrong
so, people... they meditate
try to kill their demons, their hate
they say it feels great -- and it does
if done properly
a master will always need to remain a student
don't let go because you think you're okay
tomorrow is a new day
does not always mean
tomorrow will show you a brighter way
how good are you at turning a new page
until you're driving with road rage
some people think anger is fine,
but it engulfs you like a massive vine
like an alcoholic says it's just beer or even wine
is it fear you're really hiding behind?
hopefully, it doesn't ruin you
don't hold on because it will kill you slowly
we all lose at one point
someone can't accept that it doesn't matter
someone can just go about their life
it's not the former or the latter
there is a healthy balance in all of this
the world is truly nonsense
for or against any religion
no one truthfully knows how long its been going on since
what really is sin?
just fill yourself with peace and remove that fucking leash

I'll try to make this short.
We need to find a balance between stress and carefree living. A lot of us have anxiety. That can make things hard to do, even speaking and cleaning. People tend to bottle their emotions pretty well and lie about them, but that does not work in the long run and can show up at anytime. Even in violent acts. Not many really enjoy feeling like shit and projecting it upon their daily lives or others.
I have met many people who meditate, yet they still are stressed at the end of the day. It's a skill that takes time and can also be lost without practice.
People do need to live their life well and happy, but must not forget about responsibilities or all else will fall.
We really don't know much of the world or universe in the big picture. I have also never met anyone to claim to absolutely know the answer of why we are really here. Religion can be a cause for a nasty debate and true anxiety for those who wonder too much, which falls against peace. You can have faith, religion, spirituality, whatever you may say, and you also need faith in certain aspects of life, but you must truly find an inner peace to feel very free. Even if you believe in nothing, you can still obtain a peace within you. Like all else is okay and truly does not bother you, but you can't give up on moments because you just don't care or are too scared, or it will all go away. The anger issues many have can all be a part of this.
Everything in this world is truly nonsense just means that I personally do not think that even down to the first particle it makes any sense.

That's basically it. Sorry about the long ass explanation. It was a long poem. It kinda all tangles into one larger belief and that is peace within yourself is very important and not falling off into the world of confusion. Find a balance that makes you happy and keeps you well.
