Over board over board
Message in a clear bottle
On poetry paper It reads
I’ve been thinking about you

Walk the plank the captain speaks
Drop that bottle time is a wasting
Swooshbuckling my time jotting down thoughts
Hoping to catch a glimps real soon

Waste no time where have you been
Let’s get to talking our pirate ways
Across the vast oceans of our world
Over board the bottle floats away

Seems like forever since we spoke
I heard your voice at the port of poetry
Many people reading my words
Only you understand my pirate ways

A subliminal message I send to you
across the seven seas I enter your mind
I have missed you i know you miss me
I floated around it seemed like forever


you know I’m a pirate I know your one too.
