Your Words
Your words cut me deep to the bone
They shred my mind until it is gone
Make me want to bleed until I am done
They cast a dark shadow over my sun
Your words are like razors cutting my skin
They freeze my heart like a winter wind
Your words rip at my very soul deep
I am defined by every word that you speak
Your words block out every others I hear
Even ones that are spoken that are sincere
Your words rob me of my dignity
I am your words, your words are me

What an intense poem. I love it. The rhythm and rhyming of it is excellent! Hard to even pick a favorite part, but I think this is mine...

I love this piece. I also love your repetition of "your words" throughout the entire thing. I absolutely love the last line. :)
