I miss you

May I dance upon this stage, breathe in this light. Kill all of me to think of you, I think I feel this thing again it drowns my normal thoughts tonight. Look up and count all of the stars. It feels so familiar and so surreal, to be here with you yet you’re so far away. A ballet of emotion guides my eyes to the memories you placed into my mind for me to find and kill my time. I miss your eyes, getting lost in them every night. Lying my head on your chest, thinking nothing more than falling for you time after time. Yesterday was so long ago, as you left against your will. Without your hand to hold me to the ground, I am less than what I was. I long to hold you again and be with you best friend.
