I was Bullied by a Fat Kid until I took him on

Junior High School
Was a scrawny kid
Doing badly in school
Teacher made fun of me one day
Changing my name to something she thought comical  
The school bully picked up on it
Made my life miserable for 6 months  
One day having had enough
Took on this fat slob  
In front of his wanna be bully crew
Charged him and slammed him up against a row of lockers
Stunned
He laughed, sized me up and turned to his crew smiling
As if to say "this kid is alright"
He never bothered me again  
Even wanted to be my friend  
No thanks Mister
Got my first taste of street cred that day
Changed my life
