Psalm 8.3-6 Reveals God's Long Range Plan for Mankind

Psalms 8.3 says that the "heavens are the work of God's fingers."
Then the same verse repeats the message but changes
from the "heavens" over to "the moon and the stars."

Next, we read that God has "given man DOMINION over the work of God's hands" (Ps.8.6).
This would have to include "the moon and the stars" for they have already been specified !!

Finally, the punchline is that God has "put all things under man's feet" (8.6). This explains just what form the "dominion" will take - God will put the moon and stars "under man's feet" !! Which = man will stand/walk on the moon.
As for "the stars," that term used to apply to the planets.
For men of David's time (he wrote Psalm 8) defined stars as of two types: fixed stars and wandering stars.
Wanderers later on were discovered to not be real stars.
As you may know "planet" comes from planetos which is Greek for "wanderer."

Anyway, my point is that Mankind will colonize Space and even finish
God's work of creating the universe (at least as far as this galaxy is concerned).
I mean simply that man will populate all the hospitable planets in the Milky Way galaxy.
That is GOD's long range plan for man.
We will bring flora and fauna from Mother Planet Earth
and take away the dead/barren planets' shame (Romans 8.18-23).

This requires billions of years, of course.
So the universe can't be destroyed at the end of "the millennium" in Revelation 20.
Rather it is only the first heaven (the atmosphere)
instead of the second heaven (the universe).
And just the surface of Earth gets burned up, not Earth itself (2 Peter 3.11-13).
So the New heaven, New Earth are the renewed heaven and Earth.
Please pass this data along to others, as i feel that God doesn't want me to sit on it.
Rather, He wants me to radiate the truth outward to others.

PS: the Millennium in Revelation 20 is simply a veiled reference to the "Church Age."
We are at the near-end of both the C.A. and the Millennium.
What comes next is the rise of "Beast" out of the abyss(Rev 13.1) which = the rise of "the Dragon" from that same abyss(Rev 20.7-8).
My point here is that the "sudden destruction"(Russian Attack on a disarmed America) accompanied by "the trump of God" at the end of the Church Age(1 Thessalonians 4.17 - 5.2-3) is what is meant by "the passing of the heavens with a great noise" and "the burning up of the Earth"(2 Peter 3.10 - 13).
For both passages(1 Thess 5.2; 2 Peter 3.11) contain the same words, "the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night."
For there aren't TWO "Days of the Lord" that "come like a thief in the night."
No, only one !!!
