Ritualistic Smoke

Ritualistic Smoke
Water fills my lungs like clouds
To snuff out the air
My mind runs wild, my heart lay bare

Sinister mentions of folks
Water feels like the ones run down
Closed minds like to stare
Mine is not one to stop and care

What has this world become?
The same as it's always been
Eventual nonexistence
As it may when sentience ends

Continuous broken patterns
Not that any of it matters
We'll split the tide like the atom
Blast of waves I cannot fathom

Addicted to breathing
Overdose has my legs kneeling
The frog will die when it croaks
Boiled inside of ritual smoke

The clouds fog up down below
To congregate in the ritual smoke

These lines that rain leave me soaked
Blood that pumps from the ritual flow
