Often I am who
Others call upon
In their darkest moments
When they need someone
Many I have comforted as they cried
Many I have helped through depression
And talked a few out of suicide
Everyone knows I am the friend to call
Day or Night
But nobody has any idea
That silently I too get frusterated, scream and cry
Frusteration and anger are hidden inside
Emotions shown are weaknesses known
Better to leave it all hidden
So nobody knows
Though days like this are hard to get through alone
But I always have and this too I will
Because reguardless of my feelings or emotions
For everyone else who needs me
I have to be the one strong
To them I never need anyone
I'm the one they lean on
