BLACK RAIN
I close my eyes and fade in my many thought
Like the thought of what tomorrow'll bring forth
Life is not sapphire but a harsh judge
Who's gavel bangs with alot of grudge.
Sometimes I get sloppy- stumbling on each step
And each time I dust myself- keeps going with my last breath.
There's always ups and down
There's always rise and fall
And when certain things hits me
I never forget to read between the lines.
God sometimes put the toughest battle
On his toughest soldier.
This black rain too'll pass
They always do.
Like the thought of what tomorrow'll bring forth
Life is not sapphire but a harsh judge
Who's gavel bangs with alot of grudge.
Sometimes I get sloppy- stumbling on each step
And each time I dust myself- keeps going with my last breath.
There's always ups and down
There's always rise and fall
And when certain things hits me
I never forget to read between the lines.
God sometimes put the toughest battle
On his toughest soldier.
This black rain too'll pass
They always do.
