Shadow

Shadow.
She is my constant companion
And friend.
Part of me.
Half of me.
Sister,brother,child.
Just like me.
There when others are not.
When I feel alone
Afraid,hurt ,or scarred.
She is there beside me
Beckoning me.
Calling out to me.
She is the one I cry out too.
The only one I let see,
When rivers run down
my shaken face.
My shadow
She is there.
