Perfect Union

One important goal I always prayed about.  
Finding that one who would round me out.  
Someone who is patient and kind.  
Someone who is loving yet not blind.  
Someone who is fearless and would be my future bride.  
I have so many secrets about me that all my life I tried to hide. But, the moments I spent with you, I'm learning that hiding them are unwise.  
You taught me to trust again and to you, I won't lie. I hope you understand that in your hands, is where my heart lies. For someone like me, entrusting my heart to another isn't easy. So, with my heart in your hands, I pray you'll take it seriously.  
I promise to love you as I love myself. I promise to cherish you like no one else! I promise to give every part of me. I promise to guide you on the right path, if you let me lead. I promise to love you unconditionally! All I ask is that you trust me.  
My hope is that one day soon, our flesh will become one. I've made plenty of mistakes in my life. I wish I was able to appear in the past, just to see. That 9 months before I was born, you were being created just for me.  
Since you've been in my life, I know what a perfect union should be. Two people becoming one flesh. You and I. That's how it's supposed to be.  
So when the preacher says "To love and to cherish. Through sickness and health, till death do us part", we will say, "I do".  
Becoming one perfect union. Noone will tear us apart!
