The decline for journalism,poetry,and cursive as so written
We fight
as hungry beat up bottle rocket dogs in facsimile streets,
for jousting jungle boogie fever jobs.
daytime T.V. degrees to type troubled towering thoughts,
falling elevator's.
but the world sheds it's care of words,
replaced for fictional flashes from the god box.
we've lost the mount Everest footing
on civilization
which we once held in verse.
sex crazed, violence addicted nihilists
bent on the glory of war & pleasure.
impotence gets the best of us.
