Graveheart~ collaboration w/ Nourish

In the center of the cemetery
drawn to its peaceful pathways
I walk its graves
My body its own casket
In memory of...
As if forgotten
Their thoughts of me have all but faded into the grayest of nights
My shadow now casted six feet darker

The fog fell thick
and the line to crossover thins
Revealing a dementing sound of silence
My ear drums burst like a thousand last breaths
Cracked headstones emerge from the hollowed ground
Winds wailing names of the perished
Their dying prayers whispered and lost upon a crumbling cross
I could feel each blade of grass pulling at my feet
Where leaves of a dead flower garden have drowned the damned
While in my chest lies a tomb of nothingness swelling with the whiff of a rotting rose
Tasteless and dull

Tis Death
Overpowering my soul with Oblivions
Surrounding me in a sorrow filled sky to savor quite slowly
He haunts this gray land of no tomorrow
Tonight amidst the cluster of blackened roses I lay my head finding my final resting place
